Meet Landi
Though I have been a chef for over twenty years, the philosophy of my cuisine is guided by memories of my grandmother’s cooking.
I remember her confidence in the kitchen. How her hands lovingly kneaded dough into fine strands of pasta and hung them to dry in the sun to perfection. Her attentive glances at several pots, making sure each came to a perfect simmer. How skillfully her knife turned garden vegetables into artful, flavorful dishes.
I bring these memories to every kitchen because to me food is more than food. Food is nourishment for the body, for the senses and for the heart.
